The outbreak of Pandemic Disease for COVID-19 has been persistent for over 9 months. Up till now, it has brought along confirmed cases over 30 million peoples with nearly million death. It has been directly threatening our lives and affecting the livelihoods on all walks of life. All practitioners in construction industry are of no exception.

To combat against COVID-19, apart from financial relief measures to the industry, the government and works departments have also taken various actions including the construction of quarantine centre, community isolation facility, construction and conversion of more isolation wards and so on. All these facilities will not be materialized without the support from the architectural, construction and engineering professionals.
