Box 35612, King’s Road Post Office, North Point, Hong Kong” (Attn: Mr. Joe Chow).  At the back of the cheque, please kindly state “JS2019, Name of your organization, Contact person and Contact tel. number”.
No refund may be made but substitute delegate is allowed.
